Booking & Pricing

How to book, fixed prices, payment on arrival, confirmation.

Booking is simple. On the homepage enter your pickup and drop-off, the date, time and number of passengers: you will immediately see the available vehicle with a fixed price. Add your details, any notes and confirm. You receive an email confirmation within moments.

Yes. The price you see when booking is the final one: no meter, no hidden costs, no surcharge for traffic. The fare includes vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls and luggage assistance.

Payment is made on arrival, directly to the driver, at the end of the transfer. For groups, companies or special needs just write to us and we'll find the most convenient solution together.

Yes. We send you an email with all the transfer details: date, time, addresses, booking reference and vehicle. We recommend keeping it handy on the day of your trip.

Of course. During booking, enter the name and number of the passenger travelling. The driver will contact them directly on the day of the transfer.

For transfers between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM a 15% surcharge applies. The amount is always already included in the price you see before confirming, with no surprises.

We recommend booking at least 2 days ahead, but we do our best for shorter requests too. Message us on WhatsApp at +39 392 478 9820 and we'll check availability right away.

Yes: booking the outbound and return in the same request applies a 5% discount on the total, already calculated in the price you see before confirming. On top of that the driver already knows when to collect you and the time stays locked in.

Your Transfer

Meeting your driver, airport pickups, vehicles, luggage, child seats.

Your driver waits for you with a sign showing your name. At the airport they stand in the arrivals hall. Before the transfer you receive their name and phone number by email, so meeting up is effortless.

We track your flight in real time and adjust the driver's arrival accordingly. There's no need to warn us: flight monitoring is included at no extra cost.

Each passenger can count on one large suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. If you have extra bags, ski gear or sports equipment, note it when booking and we'll arrange the right vehicle.

Yes. Infant, child and booster seats are available on request. Mention it when booking, stating the age and number of children, and we'll have them ready for you.

You travel in a Mercedes E-Class sedan (or similar) for up to 3 passengers, or a Mercedes V-Class minivan (or similar) with up to 8 seats for families and groups. Well-kept, air-conditioned vehicles, always in order.

Just for you. Every transfer is private and exclusive: the vehicle is reserved for you and your group. No strangers on board, no detours, no waiting for other passengers.

Yes, short stops along the route are possible: note it when booking or tell the driver directly. For longer stops a small additional cost may apply, always agreed in advance.

Yes. When booking you give the exact address or the name of your accommodation and we take you right there. Only in rare cases (narrow hill roads or difficult weather) will the driver stop at the nearest accessible point.

Generally pets are not allowed, to keep the vehicle in order. Assistance dogs for passengers with disabilities are an exception. For other cases write to us in advance and we'll assess it together.

Tours, Wineries & Experiences

Wine tours, truffle hunting, fair days and how a day out in the Langhe works.

We collect you where you are staying, drive all day and bring you back. The cellar visits are arranged with the Barolo and Barbaresco estates we have worked with for years: tell us what you like to drink and how many you want to see (two in the morning and one in the afternoon is the rhythm that works best) and we take care of the rest. We are licensed private-hire drivers, not tour guides: the wine is explained by the people who make it.

No, they are two separate things. You pay us for the vehicle and driver for the day; you pay the tasting directly at the winery, at the estate's own rates (in the Langhe that is usually between 20 and 50 euro per person, more for verticals and reserve flights). We book the appointments for you, but the winery bill stays yours: that way you always know what you are paying and to whom.

Yes, with a local trifolao and his dog. The Alba white truffle is searched for from 1 October to 31 January under the regional calendar; out of season the hunt is for summer and hooked truffles, in the same woods with the same dog. The outing lasts two to three hours, involves little walking on easy ground, and almost always ends with a tasting. We drive you to the meeting point and back: the woods are not reachable by public transport.

We collect you where you are staying, anywhere in the Langhe: Alba, Barolo, La Morra, Monforte, Barbaresco, Neive, Serralunga and the villages around them. If you are coming for the day from Turin or Milan we start at the airport, the station or your city hotel and bring you back there in the evening.

Yes, and it is the formula we recommend to anyone with two or three days: one day on Barolo, one on Barbaresco and the Roero, one for truffles or the castles, with the same driver throughout and your luggage moving with you if you change hotel. Send us your dates and what you would like to see and we will put the programme together.

It is our long-standing service and it comes from a real problem: in the Langhe you eat well and drink better, and then you have to get home. We take you to the restaurant, wait for you and bring you back, with no eye on the clock and no worrying about the breath test. You pay for the distance, not for the waiting.

As early as you can, especially between September and November. The most sought-after estates close their diaries weeks ahead and Alba is full on Truffle Fair weekends. For a day among the cellars we suggest three or four weeks; for a dinner or a transfer two days is enough.

Routes & Destinations

Areas we cover, ski transfers, Langhe wine trips and cross-border routes.

We are at home in the Langhe (Alba, Barolo, La Morra, Monforte d'Alba, Barbaresco, Neive) and connect the area with Turin and its Caselle airport, Milan and the Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo hubs, Genoa, the main ski resorts and a few destinations in France.

Yes, it's one of our winter specialities. We connect Turin and the airports with Cervinia, Courmayeur, Champoluc, Valtournenche, Bardonecchia and Sestriere, as well as Chamonix and Montgenèvre in France. Our vehicles travel equipped for snow and ice.

Yes, and it is half of what we do. We drive all day between the cellars, villages and restaurants of Barolo and Barbaresco, with the visits arranged in advance with the estates. The detail is on our wine tours page. In the evening, with the "Mangio fuori" service, you enjoy dinner without thinking about who drives home.

Yes. We reach France with transfers to Chamonix and Montgenèvre, at a fixed price and with no extra cost for the border crossing. For other French destinations write to us and we'll prepare a dedicated quote.

Yes: Turin Caselle, Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate and Bergamo Orio al Serio. For each airport you get real-time flight monitoring and a meet-and-greet in the arrivals hall with a name sign.

Our drivers know the hill and mountain roads well and drive regularly in winter. Vehicles travel with suitable tyres and chains on board. In extreme conditions we contact you to find the best solution together.

To Alba, yes: from Turin there are direct trains in about an hour and twenty minutes, from Milan you change at Asti and it takes two and a half to three and a half hours. The problem starts afterwards: Barolo, La Morra and Monforte have no station, and buses between the villages are rare and do not run on Sundays. Anyone staying up in the hills, or travelling with suitcases, normally arrives by private transfer from the airport or the station.
